Aileen Ross

Aileen is a Graduate Sports & Rehabilitation Therapist specializing in rehabilitation and Pilates. She will support you from injury through to full fitness as well as post surgery or postnatally. She can also help you prevent future injury, prepare you for childbirth and or surgery.

Aileen works closely with her colleagues at Halos Clinic to treat your injury and design a tailored rehab programme. Where appropriate, we will introduce exercise rehab alongside Pilates to maximize your recovery.
