Pilates
Pilates is a complete mind and body workout focused on building core strength and flexibility. Pilates is particularly beneficial for rehabilitation following accident, injury, surgery or childbirth.
Pilates: Mat & Reformer (1 to 1)
Traditionally Pilates has several principles including control, centering, precision and breathing. A range of benefits can be gained including:

Greater core strength/stability by building strength from the inside out
Improved coordination and movement patterns
Reduced lower back pain
Improved flexibility
Greater kinaesthetic awareness
All Pilates sessions (except classes) are conducted on a 1 to 1 or 1 to 2 basis. They are individually customized and use a combination of reformer pilates alongside other pieces of small equipment and mat work Pilates.
