Summer Pilates Classes
Class 1: “The Whole Hog”. A fun and varied class using different pieces of small equipment including standing leg work, resistance bands, optional spikey ball or Pilates Hog.
Class 2 “Small Ball”. Using the soft ball is a great way to build core strength and enjoy some lovely stretches. Using the ball helps to provide support but also challenges stability and balance.
Class 3: “Full Body Mobility” This class will help you to find length and space in your body. If you’re feeling stiff, this class can help you loosen up and improve your mobility and flexibility.
Class 4: “Barre & Core” This class is a great way to work on your standing balance and strength as well as your core strength. It offers a combination of standing Pilates barre work (you can use a chair) followed by more traditional mat exercises.
